Zucchini Lasagna

Ingredients


  • 1 lb Grass fed ground beef
  • 3 zucchinis 
  • Tomato sauce 
  • 300 grams grass fed cheddar cheese (ask me what I use)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Tumeric spice
  • pepper spice
  • Hymalayen mountain salt


Instructions


  1. Use a mandolin or peeler to slice your zucchini into thin noodles. Cut your block of cheese into 1 cm slices. Chop your garlic into granule size. 
  2. Heat pan and add nitrate free bacon fat or duck fat and allow to melt then add grass fed ground beef. 
  3. With a wooden spoon break down the beef cooking it until the beef begins to brown.
