Ingredients
  - 1 lb Grass fed ground beef
 
  - 3 zucchinis 
 
  - Tomato sauce 
 
  - 300 grams grass fed cheddar cheese (ask me what I use)
 
  - 3 garlic cloves
 
  - Tumeric spice
 
  - pepper spice
 
  - Hymalayen mountain salt
 
Instructions
  - Use a mandolin or peeler to slice your zucchini into thin noodles. Cut your block of cheese into 1 cm slices. Chop your garlic into granule size. 
 
  - Heat pan and add nitrate free bacon fat or duck fat and allow to melt then add grass fed ground beef. 
 
  - With a wooden spoon break down the beef cooking it until the beef begins to brown.
