I’VE NEVER WORKED OUT BEFORE, WILL THIS BE TOO INTENSE?

Every student is different and starts out from a different place. I establish your starting place and work from there. Your workouts will be just challenging enough to be effective as a beginner and we will get stronger together.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Wear something comfortable, breathable and allows full movement. 

I DONT HAVE ANY EQUIPMENT, CAN I STILL TRAIN AT MY HOUSE?

Absolutely! I will bring everything we need to make sure you have a great workout.

HOW LONG DOES A SESSION LAST?

Most sessions are one hour in length.  Although your session may be over, I am still with you answering questions and supporting you whenever you need it. (yup, I care)

IS NUTRITION HELP INCLUDED?

All of my students will receive advice and guidance on optimal nutrition if they want it.  Some students may want a more hands on approach, which I am happy to give and have a few different options to choose from.

CAN I WORKOUT WITH A PARTNER?

YES! Please ask me about Fitness 101 couples training packages.

WHAT SHOULD I EAT BEFORE A WORKOUT?

If there is a large gap between your last meal and your workout, it is a good idea to have a small snack at least one hour before you train.

HOW DO I PAY?

I accept cheque or e-transfer. For security reasons, I do not accept cash, nor do I accept credit cards.

I offer in-home personal training in Innisfil, Barrie, Bradford, Newmarket, Aurora, Richmond Hill, Toronto.
