Every student is different and starts out from a different place. I establish your starting place and we work together from there. Your workouts will be just challenging enough to be effective as a beginner. As you get stronger your program grows with YOU seamlessly.

Absolutely! I will bring everything we need to make sure you have a great workout.
Most sessions are one hour in length. Although your session may be over, I am still with you answering questions and supporting you whenever you need it. (yup, I care)
All of my students will receive advice and guidance on optimal nutrition if they want it. Some students may want a more hands on approach, which I am happy to give and have a few different options to choose from.

If there is a large gap between your last meal and your workout, it is a good idea to have a small snack at least one hour before you train.
